ORDER AMENDING OPINION OF THE COURT

The opinion of the court, filed on October 21, 1998, is hereby amended. The fifth line from the bottom of page 16 is amended to read as follows (word deleted is in brackets, the correct word is in bold face text):

plaintiff to "put his money [with] where his mouth is," so to speak.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
