The reference to Hawai`i Revised Statutes (HRS) "§ 346-17" in the first sentence of this court's opinion, filed on September 15, 1998, is hereby amended to read "§ 346-71."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
