The opinion of the court, filed on August 27, 1999, is hereby amended as follows:

1. Page 1, last sentence of first paragraph. Change sentence to read: "Therefore, we reverse the circuit court's imposition of an enhanced sentence, vacate the sentence imposed, and remand for resentencing without enhancement."

2. Page 27, first complete sentence on page. "We reverse the circuit court's imposition of an enhanced sentence, vacate the sentence imposed, and remand for resentencing without enhancement."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes into the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
