Upon review of the opinion filed in this case on June 13, 2001, it appears that: (1) the reference to "CR. NO. 97-0010" in the caption is in error; (2) the correct criminal case number is "FC-CR. NO. 97-0010." Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the correct reference to the circuit court criminal case should be FC-CR. NO. 97-0010, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court shall incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and transmit a copy of this order to the Clerk of the circuit court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the circuit court shall remove the June 13, 2001 opinion from CR. NO. 97-0010 and file it in FC-CR. NO. 97-0010, State v. Aplaca.
