MOON, C.J., KLEIN, LEVINSON, NAKAYAMA, AND RAMIL, JJ.

The opinion of the court, filed January 20, 2000, is amended as follows: On page 11, twelfth line, the word "concurrently" should read "consecutively." Thus, the amended sentence should read, "The trial court, in its discretion, could have imposed five years' imprisonment for each count, each term of imprisonment to run consecutively."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
