Plaintiff-appellant Karyn Nelson's motion for reconsideration of this court's opinion, filed September 23, 2002, is granted, in part, and the opinion of the court is amended as follows:

Page 18, Section III. Conclusion: The reference to "$239.59" is amended to read "$263.59."

The motion for reconsideration is denied in all other respects. The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
