IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that footnote 1 on page 1 of the opinion of the court, filed February 25, 2002, is amended as follows: The spelling of Judge Wong's first name is corrected to read "Frances" (and not "Francis"). the Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
