Upon consideration of appellee Lawrence N. C. Ing's motion for reconsideration, filed on March 7, 2001, and the record herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to HRAP 2, the time requirement of HRAP 40(d) is hereby suspended, and the time in which the court shall dispose of the aforementioned motion is hereby extended through April 30, 2001; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to HRAP 40(b), plaintiffs-appellants shall file an answer to the aforementioned motion for reconsideration no later than March 23, 2001.
