ORDER OF AMENDMENT
(By: Acoba, J.)

The dissenting opinion of Acoba, J., filed with the Summary Disposition Order on March 5, 2003, is amended by adding the word "alleged" before the word "fraudulent" on line 5 from the bottom of page 7 so that the line reads:

context of an investigation for alleged
fraudulent medical billing

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
