Upon consideration of the record and Respondent Ismael D. Santellan's affidavit seeking reinstatement pursuant to Rule 2.17(b) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i, it appears that Respondent Santellan has satisfied the conditions for reinstatement. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, effective with the entry of this order, Respondent Ismael D. Santellan is reinstated to the practice of law in this jurisdiction.
