The opinion of Ramil, J., dissenting in part and concurring in part, filed on August 29, 2002 in the above- entitled case, is corrected as follows:

At page 1, footnote 1; page 8, footnote 3; page 13, footnotes 5 and 6; and page 15, footnote 8, the references to State v. Fukugawa should read State v. Fukagawa. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
