The opinion of the court, filed on October 30, 2001, is amended by substituting Caroline M. Mee for Alexa D.M. Fujise in the Attorneys' Credit portion, as the deputy prosecuting attorney for plaintiff-appellee.

Associate Justice Steven H. Levinson, having filed a separate concurring opinion, concurs with this order.
