Upon review of the summary disposition order filed on December 30, 2003, it appears that name of the presiding judge, the Honorable Marie N. Milks, was omitted from the order. Therefore, the summary disposition order should read:

Defendant-appellant Randy Salviejo (Salviejo) appeals from the March 17, 2000 order of the circuit court, the Honorable Marie N. Milks presiding, granting motion for enforcement of full payment of restitution.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original summary disposition order.
