The Summary Disposition Order, filed on August 31, 2001, is amended as follows:

Attorneys' Credit: The name of Appellant's counsel shall be changed from "Keith" to "Kevin," to read: "Kevin Adaniya, for Mother-Appellant."
The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original summary disposition order.
