Upon consideration of petitioners/plaintiffs-appellants's motion for permission to file a supplemental brief and the record herein,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted. Petitioners shall file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues raised in the application for certiorari. The supplemental brief shall contain no more than 15 pages and shall be filed no later than 20 days from the date of this order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondents/defendants-appellees may file a response to the supplemental brief within 20 days after service of petitioners's supplemental brief.
If respondents do not intend to file a response to the supplemental brief, the respondents shall notify the appellate clerk and petitioners in writing of this decision prior to the expiration of the time as provided herein.
