The motion for reconsideration filed on September 24, 2001 by the defendants-appellants State of Hawai`i, State of Hawaii Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, State of Hawai`i Hawaiian Home Lands Trust Individual Claims Review Panel, and Benjamin Cayetano, in his official capacity as Governor of the State of Hawai`i, requesting that this court reconsider its order, filed on September 12, 2001, dismissing their appeal in this matter for want of appellate jurisdiction, is hereby denied.
