Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Camilla Marie Aluli's motion to dismiss her appeal, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that Appellant states in her declaration that: (1) she knows and understands she has a right to appeal from the decision and order affirming the administrative revocation of her driver's license; (2) she knows and understands that if the appeal is dismissed, the revocation of her driver's license will become final; and (3) after discussing the matter with her attorney, she wants to withdraw her appeal and have it dismissed. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed pursuant to HRAP Rule 42(b).
