IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the judgment of the district court of the second circuit (1) filed on October 13, 2000, from which the appeal is taken, is affirmed, inasmuch as the oral advisement given by Officer William Hankins to Defendant-Appellant Barry Wendell Bundy corrected any error in the information provided on the DUI implied consent form.
