ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

By letters dated May 20, 2004 Francis Grandinetti has submitted a "request[] for an Injunction or Supervisory Mandamus Order for stay of transfer of [himself] from Arizona to Mississippi or Oklahoma; and transfer therefrom back to Honolulu, Hawaii." Grandinetti references thereon closed case number 23859. We direct that the Clerk file Grandinetti's May 20, 2004 letters in number 23859 as a Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Grandinetti's petition states no factual or legal basis for the relief he requests. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Mandamus is dismissed.
