ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama,

Upon review of the record, it appears that (1) the supreme court clerk's office informed Appellant Survivors of Richard K. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
