Upon consideration of the record, it appears that on November 21, 2000, this court ordered Declarant to pay the filing fee and notified Declarant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the "Declaration." The filing fee has not been paid. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the "Declaration" is dismissed.
