Upon review of the record, it appears that: (1) the orders entered on September 22, 2000 and February 14, 2001, the Honorable Colleen K. Hirai, presiding, finally determined all matters in Trust No. 00-1-0024, but a final judgment closing the proceeding has not been entered in accordance with Hawaii Probate Rule 34(c); and thus, (2) this appeal is premature and we lack jurisdiction. HRS § 641-1(a). Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
