ORDER OF CORRECTION

Upon review of the summary disposition order filed on July 22, 2004, it appears that the citation of the Hawai`i Revised Statutes (HRS) on the third line from the bottom of page 3 is incorrect. Therefore, the summary disposition order should be corrected as follows:

HRS § 604-10.5(1) should read HRS § 604-10.5(a)(1)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original summary disposition order.
