At page 2, the second line of the new paragraph --

Reads: prosecution and hold that HRS § 288-163, by its plain language,

Should be: prosecution and hold that HRS § 286-163, by its plain language,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
