IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the order of the second circuit court (1) filed on April 24, 2001, from which the appeal is taken, is affirmed, inasmuch as the court's denial of Defendant-Appellant Melissa H. Jeffries' motion for withdrawal of no contest plea was not an abuse of discretion.
