ORDER

Upon consideration of: (1) Appellants Simeon Bala and Consolacion Bala's notice of withdrawal of notice of appeal; (2) Cross-Appellants Elo V. Badua and Jane C.R. Badua's notice of withdrawal of the cross-appeal; and (3) the records and files  herein, it appears that the parties have reached a settlement agreement and agree to withdraw the appeal and cross-appeal with the parties to bear their own costs and attorneys' fees. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the notice of withdrawal of the appeal and the notice of withdrawal of the cross-appeal are approved, and the appeal filed by Simeon Bala and Consolacion Bala and the cross-appeal filed by Elo V. Badua and Jane C.R. Badua are dismissed. The parties shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
