ORIGINAL PROCEEDING

ORDER
(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama,
Ramil, and Acoba, JJ.)

Upon consideration of Petitioner Truman Lee Ketchmark's writ of certiorari filed on November 27, 2001 in this closed proceeding, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that this court issued an order on September 6, 2001 that closed this proceeding, and Petitioner fails to demonstrate that he is entitled to any relief. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the writ of certiorari is denied. The clerk's office shall accept no further filings in this closed case.

DATED: Honolulu, Hawai`i, January 15, 2002.
