Upon consideration of the document filed by Truman Lee Ketchmark on June 8, 2001 in which Ketchmark seeks appointment of an arbitrator and compensation from various companies, it appears that this court has no jurisdiction to appoint an arbitrator or entertain requests for compensation in the first instance.

Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the action filed by Truman Lee Ketchmark in this court on June 8, 2001 is dismissed.
