Upon review of the record, it appears that the circuit court civil number is incorrect on the Summary Disposition Order filed on April 19, 2004. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall insert the correct circuit court civil number, CIV. NO. 97-420, in place of the number indicated, CIV. NO. 97-402, and forward a copy of the corrected order to the clerk of the third circuit court.
