Upon consideration of petitioner-appellant Jane Doe's motion for reconsideration, filed December 17, 2004, the papers in support thereof and in opposition thereto, and the records and files herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted, in part, to correct a typographical error on the fifth line from the bottom of page 2 of this court's summary disposition order, filed November 16, 2004, to wit: the reference to HRS § 583-2(1) should read "583-2(10)." The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the foregoing correction in the original summary disposition order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion is denied in all other respects.
