The opinion of the court, filed on May 16, 2003, is hereby corrected as to the following:

Page 16, line 22: the first word should be "for"; and

Page 22, footnote 14, line 7: the end of the sentence to read: "using sufficient force to break his arm."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
