Upon consideration of the record, it appears that the circuit court criminal number is incorrect on the Order filed on May 30, 2002. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall insert the correct circuit court criminal number, Cr. No. 99-0402, in place of the number indicated, Cr. No. 99-0404, and forward a copy of the corrected Order to the clerk of the first circuit court.
