ELIZABETH AYSON, Third-Party Plaintiff-Appellant

vs.

COLIN DUNLAP, Third-Party Defendant-Appellee

APPEAL FROM THE SECOND CIRCUIT COURT
(CIV. NO. 00-1-0099)

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Ramil, and Acoba, JJ.)

Upon review of the record, it appears that we do not have appellate jurisdiction over Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff-Appellant Elizabeth Ayson's interlocutory appeal from the two orders entered by the Honorable Artemio C. Baxa and the Honorable Reinette W. Cooper. The orders are not properly certified in accordance with HRS § 641-1(b) (1993). See Mason v. Water Resources International, 67 Haw. 510, 512, 694 P.2d 388, 389 (1985). Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed for lack of appellate jurisdiction.

DATED: Honolulu, Hawai`i, May 30, 2002.
