Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for retention of oral argument is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the alternative motion for extension of time to file a motion for reconsideration is denied. See HRAP Rule 40(e) (only one motion for reconsideration may be filed by any party).
