ORDER OF CORRECTION

Upon review of the Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration filed in this case on June 20, 2002, it appears that there is an error in the date of the order, therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said order is corrected by striking "July" and inserting "June" on the last line so that the line reads: "DATED: Honolulu, Hawai`i, June 20, 2002." The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change on the original order.
