Upon consideration of the supreme court law librarian's memorandum dated May 7, 2002 that Defendant-Appellant Lori-Ann Ganal borrowed three books from the law library and failed to return the books on the due date and failed to pay the overdue fine,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant-Appellant Lori-Ann Ganal shall, within twenty days from the entry of this order, return the books or pay the replacement costs of the books and pay the overdue fine as determined by the law library in accordance with law library regulations. Failure to comply with this order may result in additional fines, suspension of all supreme court library privileges or such other sanctions as the court deems appropriate. See Rule 12(d) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i.
