REQUIRING PLAINTIFFS-APPELLEES TO FILE ANSWER

TO DEFENDANT-APPELLANT'S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Upon consideration of defendant-appellant's motion for reconsideration, filed June 22, 2004, and the record herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to HRAP Rule 2, the time requirement of HRAP 40(d) is hereby suspended, and the time in which the court shall dispose of the aforementioned motion is hereby extended through August 2, 2004; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to HRAP 40(b), plaintiffs-appellees, shall file an answer to the aforementioned motion for reconsideration no later than July 6, 2004.
