Reddish's (Appellant Reddish) November 21, 2002 motion for reconsideration of this court's November 19, 2002 order denying Appellant Reddish's November 12, 2002 motion for reconsideration of our October 29, 2002 order dismissing Reddish's appeal for lack of jurisdiction, the attachments thereto, and the record,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the November 21, 2002 motion for reconsideration is denied pursuant to Rule 40(e) of the Hawaii Rules of Appellate Procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the supreme court shall not accept any further filings in this appeal.
