Upon consideration of the verified complaint filed by C. Kaui Jochanan Amsterdam against the State of Hawai`i and the Office of Governor Benjamin Cayetano and the papers in support, it appears that this court has no jurisdiction or authority to grant the relief requested. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the verified complaint is dismissed.
