DISSENTING OPINION BY ACOBA, J.

As stated in my dissent, I disagree with dismissal because "good cause" as stated in HRAP 4(a)(4)(A) was established for extension of the appeal time. See Miller v. Tanaka, 80 Hawai`i 358, 363, 910 P.2d 129, 135 (App. 1995) (applying plain and ordinary meaning of term "good cause").
