ORDER OF CORRECTION

Upon review of the Summary Disposition Order (SDO) filed in this case on February 24, 2005, it appears that there is an error in the last paragraph of the SDO with respect to the date of the circuit court's order. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said SDO is corrected by striking "21" and inserting "31" on the second line of the last paragraph on page 2 so that the line reads: "December 31, 2002, from which the appeal is taken, with respect." The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change on the original order.
