Upon consideration of Appellee Fleet Mortgage Corporation's motion to dismiss the appeal filed by Appellant Jocelyn Wanda Unciano, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that: (1) this court granted Appellant three extensions of time to file the opening brief; (2) pursuant to HRAP Rule 30, the court informed Appellant that failure to file an opening brief may result in dismissal of the appeal; and (3) Appellant failed to file an opening brief. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal is dismissed.
