ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR
REINSTATEMENT

Upon consideration of (1) our August 14, 2003 order suspending Respondent Valerie A. Vargo (Respondent Vargo) from the practice of law for a period of three months, effective as of September 13, 2003, under Rule 2.16(c) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Hawai`i (RSCH), (2) our October 1, 2003 order awarding costs in the amount of $1,184.56 to Petitioner Office of Disciplinary Counsel (Petitioner ODC), (3) Petitioner ODC's October 17, 2003 notice that Respondent Vargo satisfied our October 1, 2003 order awarding costs, (4) Respondent Vargo's untimely November 21, 2003 RSCH Rule 2.16(d) declaration of compliance, (5) Respondent Vargo's December 17, 2003 RSCH Rule 2.17(b) declaration in support of Respondent Vargo's request for reinstatement, and (6) the record,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent Vargo's request for reinstatement is granted. Respondent Vargo is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Hawai`i and may resume the practice of law upon her payment of all required registration fees. See RSCH Rule 17. This order is effective upon entry.
