Upon review of the record, it appears that the order dismissing the appeal filed on December 4, 2003, failed to include an additional circuit court civil number. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall insert the additional circuit court civil number, Civ. No. 01-1-1028, and forward a copy of the corrected Order to the clerk of the first circuit court.
