IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I
vs.
JUDGE GARY W. B. CHANG, Respondent
ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR
WRIT OF MANDAMUS DIRECTED
TO A JUDGE
(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Acoba, and Duffy, JJ.)
Upon consideration of Petitioner Lewis W. Poe's petition for a writ of mandamus directed to a judge, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that: (1) Petitioner seeks an order from this court directing the respondent judge to issue a decision in In the Matter of the Tax Appeal of Lewis W. Poe, Case No. 99-0208, and other relief; (2) on October 1, 2003, the respondent judge issued findings of fact, conclusions of law and order in Case No. 99-0208; and (3) Petitioner obtained the relief requested and fails to demonstrate that he is entitled to any other relief. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for a writ of mandamus directed to a judge is denied.
DATED: Honolulu, Hawai‘i, October 29, 2003.
