Upon consideration of the record, it appears that the circuit court civil number is incorrect on the Order of Dismissal filed on December 12, 2003. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk shall insert the correct circuit court civil number, Civ. No. 1RC02-1-8802, and forward a copy of the corrected Order to the clerk of the first circuit court.
