ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Upon review of the record, it appears that the orders entered in Land Court Nos. 03-0001 and 03-0003 on September 25, 2003 and October 21, 2003 disposed of the claims raised in the land court proceedings, but the orders were not reduced to separate judgments. See HRCP 58 and 81(b)(1); Jenkins v. Cades Schutte Fleming & Wright, 76 Hawai`i 115, 869 P.2d 1334 (1994). Thus, these appeals are premature and we lack jurisdiction.
Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that No. 26147 and No. 26157 are dismissed for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
