Krystoff's and Mayumi L. Krystoff's Motion to Amend, Alter or for Relief from Declaratory Judgment Filed on October 17, 1996, and Final Judgment Filed February 11, 1997, Filed on February 21, 1997 and Plaintiff[s] Richard M. Krystoff's and Mayumi L. Krystoff's Motion to Amend, Alter or for Relief from Declaratory Judgment Filed on October 17, 1996, and Final Judgment Filed February 11, 1997, Filed on February 26, 1997.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
