The opinion of the court filed on September 29, 1998 is hereby amended as follows:

At page 13, the subsection number 1 is deleted and replaced with the number 2. At page 16, the subsection number 2 is deleted and replaced with the number 3.

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
