In the above-entitled appeal, the opinion of the court, filed May 10, 2000, is hereby amended as follows: In the caption, where the case number of the circuit court reads "CIV. NO. 97-0504," the word "CIV." is deleted and replaced with the word "CR."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
